GoogleWell lets start as we mean to go on! Ema is just brilliant, a very highly experienced agent, that is honest, and transparent delivering a viewing. We sadly didn't use Fine and Country to sell our house as we didn't want to pay the up front fee's, however after appointing another agent the photo shoot of our beautiful home was that bad we had to appoint our own photographer. Maybe the up front fees were worth it after all as you pay for what you get. We also had a great experience when purchasing our property 5 years ago so this review is based on two experiences. Thank you to Ema and all the Fine and Country team.

GoogleFine and country have not failed to impress. We went with them initially because our neighbors had sold with them with ease and fairly quickly. We have a niche property and knew it wouldn't be an easy sale. Through the sales process us and our house were treated with respect and understanding, never invasive and always caring. Once sold the attention to detail didn't stop and I know we were one of the quickest along the chain to get going with the sale. We had weekly updates of the chain and very quick responses to queries. Communication was thorough and detailed all the way through. Thank you F & C we highly recommend your services and, surprisingly, will miss you!!

GoogleI can’t rate Fine and Country, West Malling highly enough. Where other agents failed, they delivered. After having a very disappointing start with another agency, Michael delivered the goods . He said he would throw everything he had at it, he did, and he certainly delivered . He is supported by an excellent team , comprising of Karen , Emma and Alison, who have all been very professional and courteous whilst showing our home to prospective buyers, as well as being mindful to keep us informed every step of the way. GoogleProfessional, Practical and Friendly We chose Fine and Country because we felt they were by far the most professional estate agent we'd seen. Trying to sell our house through the worst fears of Brexit and having seen potential buyers stall in the first lockdown proved very frustrating. However, the team at Fine and Country, Jay, Emma and Karen delivered a good number of regular qualified viewers in such a way that we were confident we'd sell. They were always contactable by phone and if unavailable would get back to us in good time. They conducted viewing in an extremely professional manner particularly in dealing with the issues around the pandemic. Took time off work to show Branch Manager Michael Commons my house with a view to marketing the property and when I called back after two weeks to chase a formal appraisal, they couldn't even remember visiting, let alone value my house. Complete waste of my time. Didn't even follow up to apologies.

I understand the office manager Michael Commons called to discuss this matter directly with you, and he explained that due to a system failure, record of our appointment with you had been deleted. I further understand that you were very keen to instruct our services prior to the issue that resulted in the system failure, and I sincerely hope now that the issue has been addressed that you once again chose to engage our services.

GoogleNot a good experience. They act like they are doing you a favour in showing you the property, are rude about upselling mortgage services, and couldn't even be bothered to spell our names correctly. They also don't especially like dealing with Londoners, it seems. Your mileage may vary as they have a fair bit of the market around Maidstone, but we had higher expectations.
I'm sorry to hear you were not entirely happy with the service received when viewing a property through our company.

GoogleMichael and his Team did a great job selling our house. Hard work and enthusiasm along with excellent communication made them a joy to deal with. Yes they were a little more expensive than other agents, but were worth every penny.
Michael and his team are excellent communicators and work hard to ensure every effort is make to ensure a sale proceeds to a successful exchange in a timely fashion. I'm pleased you felt our service represented good value for money.

GoogleCould have been more dilligent in verifying the details of a property. Needed lots of chasing up to resolve issues during conveyancing. Maybe great for a vendor, not sure about for the buy side.
While we are very glad that we managed to facilitate a successful purchase for you, we are sorry to learn that you feel our service to have been anything but helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the process of buying a residential home in the U.K. is not an easy one, with many unforeseeable issues being unearthed as the sale progresses. While we pride ourselves on offering support to vendor and purchaser alike, we are not unfortunately able to undertake the legal aspects of the process as we are not ourselves qualified solicitors. None the less, we hope you are enjoying your new home and wish you all the very best for the future.
