I have purchased a few properties from the West Kirby branch of Ckive Watkins over the past 4 or 5 years. All the staff are incredibly pleasant, friendly and extremely easy to talk to. They are more than happy to help and offer advice whenever I need it! Plus, they have a dog bowl for thirsty pups! Very thoughtful.

Have recently rented a property from Clive Watkins. I can only give praise to Linsey and Molly for the professional way in which they saw me through the whole process. They were efficient but very approachable if I had any concerns. I felt nothing was too much trouble for them. Grand job, thank you both.

I received excellent support and assistance from the staff at Clive Watkin throughout what was not the most straightforward of sales of a leasehold property. Thoroughly recommended. I have used Clive Watkin previously, and will definitely do so again

Excellent and supportive service from the lettings team throughout the whole process. Really good advice on the whole lettings process and I would certainly use them again. The Lettings Team (Linsey and Molly) were always friendly and patient, but above all professional. Great doing business with them.

We had a very positive sales experience with Clive Watkin in West Kirby. They were professional, communicated well and Deborah Balderson, the sales negotiator, was exceptionally helpful.We would definitely use them again. However we would not recommend the Countrywide conveyancing services.
