We have lived in rented houses apartments for more than a decade now. We have dealt with many estate agents all this while. Must say, of all our interactions, Linsey and Molly at West Kirby Lettings have been a class apart. Never before have we felt so much at home while dealing with estate agents.  Molly was an excellent lettings negotiator. She understood our requirements perfectly and ensured we get what we want and helped us in every step through our enquiry process. Linsey pro-actively ensured that our movement to the new location was hassle free and no stones were left unturned and every box was ticked before handing the keys over to us. Just before Christmas, we bought and sold through the West Kirby branch of Clive Watkin. The timing of what were trying to achieve made it potentially a very stressful time. There's no doubt that we went through the mill but it would have been so much more stressful without the help and support of the Clive Watkin team. From first meeting Nick and taking his advice around the sale, we knew that we wanted to deal with these agents. He made it easy for us to set a realistic price and market the property. Once Nick had handed over to Jeannie and Debbie in the office, we were in the safest of hands. They reassured us, kept us informed and provided us with excellent advice and guidance. Inevitably, as always happens, the stress levels did rise a bit but a call to Debbie and Jeannie, or a quick visit to the Banks Road office always calmed things down and, without failure, resulted in a good laugh - the best antidote to stress. I've recently sold my late father's house using the West Kirby branch of Clive Watkin and could not have been more satisfied with the care and dedication with which they handled the transaction. As I don't live locally, I was completely in their hands but this was never a problem as they kept me well informed of any new developments - of which there were many - and always took prompt action to resolve any difficulties - of which there were also many - without any fuss or drama.
