Having had such a wonderful experience with Nick and Jeanie through the purchase of our first home, it was such an easy decision going back to them when we were ready to move again. Jeanie, Nick and Michelle went above and beyond supporting us through the twists and turns of selling and buying a property and that level of trust we felt with them; well you can't put a price on that. In today's world it's increasingly difficult to come across companies that seem to genuinely care about their customers. Who treat them as human beings and who are prepared to go above and beyond to make sure they are looked after. Clive Watkin in West Kirby is all of those things. A deeply human estate agent who have looked after my elderly mum with a huge amount of care during a prolonged and at times stressful sale process. Special thanks have to go to Jeannie who has been amazing - constantly going above and beyond to keep us informed, give advice, chase up other agents and solicitors in the chain and much more - all while demonstrating impossible levels of patience and kindness. I have recently rented a property through West Kirby lettings office. The service from start to finish has been fantastic. I was shown round the house initally by Molly who works in lettings at Neston as Linsey was on holiday, and she was very friendly and professional. Linsey in West Kirby then took over with all the paperwork and signing and she was so helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. So so happy with the house and would not hesitate to rent through Clive Watkin again they were fantastic.
