The service felt completely bespoke absolutely nothing was too much bother & communication was 1st class I honestly can’t fault any element of my experience & would confidently & enthusiastically recommend this company when considering marketing your home. It also represents real value for money when the fee is compared to competitors who provide a similar marketing package but lack the personal approach that is provided by Elevate.

GoogleI bought a property from Joanne @Elevatepropertyservices. The property was marketed as described and I found the photos matched what you seen. I've seen other estate agents posting photos and the rooms looked massive then when seen the were so small. Communication was great and she always got back to you in a timely manner. I would certainly use her services again

Hi Sara, you had an offer accepted on a property yesterday which you were not pressurised in any way to buy as we had other parties interested. For an offer to be accepted it must come from a solicitor and that's normal procedure. Once you have an offer accepted on a property, you do not continue to look at other properties as that is not fair on the seller who has accepted your offer in good faith. As discussed, going forward, my vendors will not consider you as a buyer for their property as they don't want someone that will have an offer accepted to purchase their property then continue to view properties as that is just not fair. I wish you every success in your search and hopefully with now having a solicitor involved, the procedure for buying property will be made clearer to you.
