We can't recommend Joanne highly enough. She did an amazing job selling our property and made what was a very stressful time so much easier to manage. From the very beginning, Joanne was approachable, relatable and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us. Unlike some estate agents, she never made us feel like just another client. She has fantastic people skills, was always easy to contact, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Joanne went above and beyond to make sure our property was presented in the best possible way and did everything she could to position it for a successful sale. Even though she was managing many other properties, she always made us feel like a priority and kept that personal touch throughout the entire process. Joanne and the team at Elevate are the best estate agents around. I cannot fault anything about the service. From start to finish Joanne was on hand 24/7 to help with EVERYTHING. Even whilst on holiday with her own family, Joanne took the time to chat with me and give me advice about purchasing our new home, even before we had put our own property on the market. Once we were ready to sell, Joanne and the Elevate team handled everything in such a professional manner. The marketing content was superb and the girls handled the viewings for us which took so much pressure off of us. Joanne also handled all mediation between us and our buyers making the process as smooth as possible. I can honestly say I have never met someone who will go above and beyond for her clients as much as Joanne does. WE used Elevate to sell our house in Erskine. We had severat agents round to quote, value and describe how they would go about securing a sale for our property. Joanne from Elevate, was by far the best agent, she was honest, told us how to maximise our property value and get it ready for sale. Organising the photos and survey was really easy. Joanne kept in touch with us throughout the whole process .. and when the initial sale fell through (broken chain) Joanne was already on the case, oganised veiwers and had the sale sorted within 4 weeks. Superb service and would definitely recommend and would be first on my list should we decide to move again!

From the initial meeting with Joanne, everything went smoothly pictures of the flat were fantastic and the website attracted a lot of interest resutling in many viewings and offers .
