First property that i have rented through Romans, Some staff there are absolutely amazing and a god send until they have your money, and then it can feel like you are jumping through what ever hoops they throw at you. The day before i was due to move in, they didn't even have record of me transferring 2.5K to them. Roll on no more agent's fees because these are beyond excessive!

GoogleWest Drayton office staffs are putting pressure on potential tenants, information is not shared amongst them resulting in putting us off altogether of Romans West Drayton and lost the trust in the brand.

Having purchased a house through Romans, I can confirm it was a horrible experience (they even gave use the wrong house keys on our exchange date) to now renting a property with their ‘fully managed service’ I can confirm they deserve all the criticism that comes with being estate agents.I cannot wait to see a time where estate agents are a thing of the past.
