They will try to take your money. dont take no deposit option, we had a end of tenancy professionally cleaned and they still charged us £400 for their cleaning without providing any evidence. Absolute scam!

Totally unprofessional. Dire communications. No clue how to treat people. We were in a chain of 4 for a house move and due to this bunch of morons being totally clueless…..it hasn’t happened…..they just don’t give a damn…..don’t know how they are in business…

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Caversham branch are so unhelpful, rude and treat tenants like scum. Avoid at all costs. With all the bad reviews I’m wonder why the head office don’t do something to sort it out ! They charge for damages and cleaning that’s non existent and then won’t give you a full breakdown of costs . I will never ever ever deal with them again !!
