Just an awful group to deal with. Tenants interests are not looked after. They are all about the money and what they can make at each and every opportunity. Romans do not care that tenants have lives, work and children to look after. Terrible communication standards. I have been nothing but a perfect tenant for over 5 years and feel betrayed. I will never use their services again - no matter how desperate. I am too scared to make an official complaint as I do not want my references affected.

Please heed the advice from every other tenant that has left a review for Romans and avoid them at all costs. They are incredibly unprofessional and operate on the edges of legality. They haven’t a clue what they are doing, treat all tenants as if they are criminals, are aggressive, downright rude and if we never have to do business with them again it will be too soon. Please, you don’t need this stress in your life.
