I have had a property managed by Romans (previously Dewhurst) for 12 years. I have worked with many people, currently Christine Lancaster, all who have been exemplary and professional. I have been kept in the loop at all times and been offered sound and practical advice. Definitely would recommend as a property management agency.

Romans are fantastic!

Absolutely unbelievable experience from Romans. We were with Tim Russ and had 4 viewings in 4 months (2 of which I did myself) and then we went with Romans. Aduel came over and we had a long chat and from what he promised I thought we’d go with them. He got people through the door, end of. We had plenty of viewings and within 4 months we are exchanged and completed. FANTASTIC communication, always willing to have a chat or come to our house to speak about things and when the offer came in they kept us up to date with every single step of the process. 1000% recommended if you really want to sell your house. THANKS SO MUCH ROMANS!!

We do not recommend Romans as letting agents. There are so many 'add on' fees and charges. It was impossible to speak to anyone, who could help us. It took six months, after our tenants had moved out, to receive reimbursement for the damages caused to our property. We would not use Romans, to let out our property, again.

We had a great experience with Romans in West Drayton. Very professional and always available to answer any questions. We sadly had to sell twice as previous buyer was not serious (no fault of Romans) but each time Romans were brilliant. Arranging two open house days very quickly and selling within a few hours. I think what shone out most was the fact that Romans were very honest. They gave an accurate valuation and that really helped with the finances when looking at budgets for our next home. Cant fault Nick and Riley on customer care either. They seemed genuinely happy for us when the sale went through.

The senior property manager has been with us on this journey when I became a landlord. She is quick in responding to my queries and has arranged promptly for any maintenance work required at the property or for any other issues raised by the tenant. The continuity is great as she is the only agent, I have known during my rental experience and is one of the factors why I have chosen to remain with Romans.

We've had a great experience using romans to rent our first house. Me and my partner have just got the keys to our new home and romans have made the whole process as simple as possible for us. The team and Jonathan Randall in particular who has been our main point of contact has been overly helpful and quick, we saw the house just over two weeks ago and we finalised and got the keys yesterday. Bracknell branch Absolutely shocking attitude towards my daughter. Discrimination because she's on universal credit. Had a guarantor the landlord accepted her for the property but the financial reference at Romans said no. They cause upset and stress totally unprofessional. My son in law had same experience in Ashford Surrey . Stay well away from Romans they are liars and make it up as they go along we are now seeking advice against them

Professionalism and friendliness

This is my first experience renting privately, I was shown the property by Amy and my offer and subsequent application process was handled by them, Saffron, and Muskan. I was made to feel extremely at ease asking any and all questions (no matter how small!) and was at no point made to feel like a bother, something that I found highly reassuring due to being someone with anxiety. I was assigned Jaymie Cobb as my property manager, and they have been extremely prompt in replies to any teething issues since moving in, alongside taking the time to call me personally on my move in day to make sure I knew who they were and how to get hold of them should I need too. I'm very happy with the level of service I've received, and the effort the staff I've worked with has put into ensuring everything goes smoothly and to ease any anxiety has really shown.
