Pathetic excuse for an estate agent!! ****AVOID AT ALL COSTS****So untrustworthy, when renting with this company they have tried to steel money from me and my family, making up lies and not telling the truth about already existing damage inside the property, we think that they are working alongside their own inventory clarks and may have a deal in place to rip people offWe will be going to the media about this!!!!

Avoid this company in renting from them.Nearly 4 weeks since moving outnof one of the managed properties & still no deposit back.No deductions have been agreed & all I get from Romans is stalling tactics in not repaying This might sound a small problem to some, but in my mind it's totally unacceptable. However I am about to seek legal advice on this matter.

GoogleWe let a property through Romans over a three year period and during this time encountered some problems with our tenants. Dale, Lettings Manager dealt with all of our issues in an extremely professional manner at all times. He was very encouraging and put our minds at rest, personally dealing promptly with any issues that arose, at times there were quite a few. He always called or emailed and never left us waiting for answers. I would have no hesitation recommending Romans Letting department

GoogleFrom the very first moment while dealing with Romans agents we have been impressed with their professionalism and effectiveness. The communication has been outstanding. Chloe guided us through the process of letting the property from the beginning (viewing) to the actual signing process. All the queries were quickly answered or clarified either by Chloe or our move manager Jodie. She has amazing local knowledge and pointed me in the right direction to my perfect family home. I was delighted when my offer was accepted and she was always on hand to help and answered any queries. Cherise even called me months after the sale to find out how I settling in, she is a credit to the Romans team and after having bad experiences with other estate agents I’m glad to say that Romans is the best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service I received.

Right from the start of the process, back in January this year, the professionalism and calm authority of the team have helped me immensely, providing clear information on the various options available to me. I’ve felt very safe and secure in their hands every step of the way, and they quickly found an ideal tenant for me, with the whole process being concluded well within the timescales I had hoped for. There cannot be many more significant processes to manage other than the protection of your home in your absence - Romans have made this as smooth and reassuring as it could possibly have been. Not only did he listen to every one of my requests, and find properties that were perfectly catered to my needs, but he was very considerate of my situation and didn't put any pressure on me to make a decision until I was ready. I would definitely recommend approaching Romans Estate Agency if you're looking for a place to rent or buy. My partner and I have recently moved in to a property with the help of Amanda from Romans and she couldn’t have made the process any easier for us. Unfortunately, there was a slight hiccup towards the end where Romans weren’t at fault, yet she swiftly sorted the issue for us. Any questions we had, she was there to answer straight away and there wasn’t a moment where we were left in the dark at all. Her frequent communication with us was so so helpful seeing as this was the first time we had moved out and she made it feel easy. If you’re going to rent through Romans, definitely ask for Amanda! I couldn’t recommend her enough!
