I can't fault the service we received from Romans in Woodley. From my initial visit to them my father's house was on the market and sold to the first viewer very quickly. The quality of the photographs was outstanding. A big thanks to all the team there, Jack and Shante kept in contact with me at all times, and considering the lockdown which did effect certain aspects did their absolute best to make things happen in what was a challenging time for me.

Long Distance Landlord

Romans in Windsor have been amazing with every stage of my recent house sale . A superb, honest, professional and friendly estate agent . Pierce was also very knowledgeable about the local area and kept me informed every step of the way . Lorraine , the move manager, handled the sale once I had a buyer and made the completion an easy process. I wouldn’t use any other agent - streets ahead of the competition! I was made to feel as if I was their only client . How refreshing to have such an honest and personal service .

Romans Windsor have been exceptional from start to finish

My experience with Romans in Windsor has been positive from start to finish. I ended up getting the property I really wanted thanks to Annie Nicholls and the her wonderful colleagues. I was referenced checked with the lettings hub who were great and everything was sorted before move in date. On arrival of checking in, I was happily surprised to see a massive box which was a care package left by the Romans team. It contained everything I could ever need including breakfast bars, toothpaste, cookies, DVLA move home reminders and most importantly, some vouchers for a huge hamper of wine! Annie and the whole Windsor team have been amazing and I’m so grateful that my son and I are living in our dream home. Thanks so much for all your efforts!

I honestly have nothing bad to say. I was recently given notice during covid to leave my house I was renting by another agent as the landlord wanted to sell which stressed me out so so much and I come across a property with Romans Basingstoke. Had a viewing and secured it straight away. The agents were amazing. Maddie the little diamond made sure the entire process and through my referencing was as smooth as possible keeping me up to date with everything. And Molly made sure all my documents and info was sent on time and any questions I had were answered quick time. If you want to rent a house - speak to Maddie in Basingstoke branch. She is amazing and made it enjoyable instead of stressful. And between Maddie and Molly it was the most stress free experience 🤍🤍 I was also able to do the no deposit option which was a really good solution for me !!
