I want to say a massive thank you to Daniel Gibson who made it possible for me to buy my dream home. He has been absolutely outstanding in dealing with my purchase, chasing other agents and solicitors when needed. I could not have asked for better service or attention to detail. Dan went that extra mile to deliver professionalism and empathy when I thought all was lost due to a difficult sales process. He has a great personality and his cheery disposition took some of the stress out of the buying / selling process which was extremely daunting at times. Our experience with Coopers Residential has been great, from the first moment we contacted them in regards to finding our dream property, being shown around by Luca and up until now where we have exchanged! Luca and the team helped us to find the perfect home, he was easily contactable and quick to respond. whilst he was working for the seller it did feel like he was able to relate to our limitations and relay that across when it came to negations. We cannot recommend Dominic and his team enough! Of all the estate agents in the area Coopers provide an exceptional service for both the vendors and the buyers -we bought from them prior to selling a few years ago. They are a genuine, honest and trustworthy team who are very accommodating and always keep up to speed with everything, unlike other estate agents who only care about signing on the dotted line. I would not hesitate to buy or sell with Coopers again.

Cannot thank Daniel enough for all the hard work he did in selling our aunts house for us. The first sale fell through at the last hurdle (not Coopers fault) but Daniel didn’t give up. He sold it for us during what must have been the worst climate ie Covid. Daniel , Luca and Nicola what a friendly, professional team.
