We have recently sold our property via Coopers and cannot recommend them enough. It has been a long process due to the chain unfortunately falling through however Coopers were quick to react and had new viewings and a second buyer lined up within a week to not jeopardise the purchase on our new home. Communication has always been open and clear with the team and a special thanks to Greg who did a fantastic job liaising both up and down the chain and keeping us fully updated. If I could give more stars I would, Coopers and especially Luca recently helped me sell my house and he could not have been more helpful. He ensured I was fully up to date with what was happening, was very proactive, took the time to explain each step of the process to me and when I was having difficulty with my solicitor he went above and beyond to ensure the process kept moving and all parties in the chain were happy. Firstly, I would like to thank Mathew Wiliams from Coopers Residential for his excellent customer service. I have rented a house through Coopers, when I moved in, Mathew Williams made regular checks to ensure we are settling in and kept me posted about the paper works and some of the other repair work at the house. When I had issues with the boiler, he proactively visited the house and spoke to the owner and replaced it in no time, I really appreciate the dedication and efforts taken by him. Employees like Mathew are asset to the company

Firstly a big and special thank you to Luca Beltrami, what a consummate professional. He was supportive and hard working in selling our tricky 2 bed flat. He never let the ball drop and I could very much leave proceedings in his more than capable hands. Always quick to respond to emails, never failed to return my calls and kept on top of all parties during the process. Couldn’t have hoped for a better person to take care of the sale. Coopers as a whole are fantastic. I’ve had dealings with several local estate agents in recent years and Coopers are by far the best! Luca from Coopers has been amazing during the buying process of my house. As a first time buyer he made sure to explain the process and made my experience of buying a house easy and stress free. My currently tenancy agreement was ending and would have forced me to become homeless if the property was not completed on time, Luca went above and beyond to make sure that the property was completed before the end of my tenancy agreement. If any one gets a chance to buy a house or sell your home with Coopers ask for Luca.
