GoogleWest Surrey Lettings are such an amazing agency to communicate with and judging from the landlords we have, they work with amazing landlords too. They’re completely transparent and nothing is hidden, any question you have will be answered very quickly. But if they’re not sure on something, they’ll go out of their way to help. The inventory and “welcome pack” are far more in depth than any estate agent I’ve ever met, whilst also the most efficient. We had an issue with our cooker when we moved in and let WSL know about this. We had a response instantly and within 48 hours the landlords themselves came to fix the problem. Our house was fully redecorated from top to bottom and even had a brand new, never-been-used boiler fitted for us. Honestly, if you see a property being let by WSL, you’d be a fool to not contact them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleExtremely rude and sarcastic so called director. As far as I know he doesn't hold a law degree, yet he called my legal representative naive. How charming. Update: Your response is incorrect. 1) Info not make threats, ever. 2) I stated that if my removal company charged me for waiting time, I would expect reimbursement. Given the appalling state of this property and the work being carried out today that should have been done before we moved in, I have every right to be angry, even more so when I've paid more than the asking price. However what's done cannot be undone. I'm not happy living in a near building site today, but if that's what it takes to sort things out then so be it. If we all pull together we'll get it done. No rudeness was intended, we just wanted to highlight that we cannot release keys for a new property before the start date of your tenancy contract. You phoned and shouted at our staff, threatening to take legal action against our company because you wanted keys early before your contract start date. We have since done everything we can to help you and make your move as smooth as possible. We do appreciate the apology you made to our staff member following your phone call. We hope we can move forward from this and improve our working relationship with you.

GoogleWe used WSL to start renting our first flat which we've been living in happily for 5 months now. The team made everything easy and understandable, especially important for us first-timers(!), right from our initial viewings with them to our ongoing relationship now. All the employees we've had the pleasure of dealing with are really friendly, they're trustworthy, and they're always around to help out or advise with any issues that may crop up. We also greatly appreciate their reliability which I think stands out against some of the larger chain/franchise lettings agencies who just view tenants as a source of income. Overall, everything mentioned prior, and the other great reviews I see on Google and have heard from friends & family, probably explains why WSL are the go-to in West Byfleet!PositiveQuality

GoogleWest Surrey Lettings has some of the most friendly, kind and approachable people. We were new to the UK and we were able to finalise on our new place to stay with the quick and prompt help from them. Even the slightest concerns we had were addressed by them in a jiffy and if we had to find a new home, we'd definitely consider them again.

We had tenants secured within 24 hours of the letting being advertised. They were very efficient with the paperwork and keeping us updated on the progress. Highly recommend!

GoogleA great letting agent, have used them since for many years. It's great to see Neil and his team grow from strength to strength. If you have a property to let, I would recommend them. From a tenants perspective I think they are also very fair, they work in the interests of both parties. Honest, consistent, realistic and reliable.
