From the very beginning, they were incredibly supportive in helping me secure my property, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Throughout my tenancy, their communication was consistently clear, timely, and professional, which I really appreciated. I’m especially grateful for the understanding and flexibility they showed when my financial circumstances changed. It made a difficult time much easier to manage, and their approach was both compassionate and practical. A special mention to Neil, Dean, and Victoria, who were all extremely helpful, approachable, and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. The check-out process was also handled efficiently and without any unnecessary delays, which was a great way to conclude the tenancy. Overall, West Surrey Lettings provided a reliable and supportive service throughout my time with them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Editing my review now after more than 2 years of renting through them. Honestly, I’m so impressed with this agency. Every time something comes up, they’re on it straight away. They always listen, reply quickly, and sort things out without any stress. I’ve had such a good experience renting through them, I really feel looked after. It’s rare to find an agency this attentive and helpful. West Surrey lettings have been managing my rental Property for a few years now and even as I'm coming to and end of using their services (as I'm selling my property) the team still go above and beyond to help me. Neil has been amazing with bridging the gap between myself and my tenants and can't thank the team enough for all of their hard work over the years. Their customer service is second to none.

This agency is allowing their tenant to film and record audio into my (owned) property next door. The Police had tried to contact the tenant, who ignored all communication for 6 weeks, so the Police contacted West Surrey Lettings re their tenant.... They have proceeded by doing nothing after believing the tenants lies that it doesn't film into my property - it clearly does??! (No proof was requested?) They haven't confirmed what it does film or why they were installed? Then they confirmed it does record audio??? Why is it acceptable to them that I cannot have a private conversation within the perimeter of my own home? ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL and confirms as usual, it's all about the £££ to them, not at all about following contractual agreements or preventing harassment from their tenants.... Shame on you West Surrey Lettings 😡

I can’t fault west Surrey lettings at all. We found them 4 years ago, in desperate need of a home. Many estate agents had turned us away. West Surrey lettings has been extremely friendly and helpful with clear open communication. Anytime we have a problem it is resolved almost instantly. I have found these estate agency’s to be amazing. They not only helped me last year when I was at rock bottom, but they have since helped my friend as well. They take time to actually help you, they are responsive and they are different from the other estate agents I have worked with in the sense that they actually take you as an individual and don’t just push you aside for a higher rate! I am quite new to dealing with Lettings Agency's but do understand how it works, i will say that West Surrey Lettings and Tor being my main point of call made my life very easy, i was desperate and had to be out of my old place with not much notice and Tor managed to secure me a nice little Maisonette and she even made it clear she was going to hold it for me so long as i was serious about moving in, afterall respect goes both ways. Unfortunately a lot of other estate agency's live upto there bad reputation and promise you stuff and then just tell you sorry its gone wich gets very frustrating. West Surrey Lettings obviously have to make money but they are customer focused rather then just money focused and they dont lie like a lot of the others out there. They also are attentive to your needs and in the last week since i have been here I've had to call numerous times for help in certain situations and they are happy to help, again not just money focused wich is a big positive with this company and just generally freindly and down to earth. Neil the inventory fella was very fair and straight to the point about how things should look and is on your side if certain issue's need to be addressed by the Landlord very good bloke. Good bunch of maitenance as well that will sort minor things out for you ASAP. I highly recommend West Surrey Lettings 100%
