GoogleGreat job by Joe Hayes and the team. We had quite a few hurdles to get over but Joe was always chasing and pushing all parties to get the exchange over the line.

FacebookGreat service from the Curchods team in teddington and particular thanks to Karen Clark who definitely helped to get our deal over the line

GoogleI would not recommend them. Initially excellent service when I was trying to choose an agent, and they did find a tenant. However, once the tenant was in place the service was definitely lacking. They were unable to resolve persistent late payment issues regardless of repeated promises to ensure the tenant had standing order in place, and were of no real assistance with solving problems with the same difficult tenant who then needed to be removed. I would not describe it as a fully managed service, and despite paying a monthly fee felt on my own and that the property was not being managed properly.

We look forward to keeping you updated of our progress!

GoogleScheduled viewing at property cancelled due to tennant getting covid. Agreed we would look to reschedule for the weekend if possible, but was left with them to contact me for when I can view. I am not told they have an offer accepted. Poor communication.

FacebookHighly recommend! Usually speak to Melanie Ingram...I have the best experience with her. She is very helpful and professional, always she do the best to help and find a solution for every single issue. Really kind person as well. Over 3 years of being tenant never have any problems and always been very satisfied. I recommend this agency 100%.
