GoogleThis estate agent is very unprofessional. I sent in an application for a property to let and emailed them my personal information (bank statements, payslips etc.), noone got back to me. I kept calling about the progress of the application and was told that someone will get back to me. Noone did, next thing I know the house was gone. GoogleThe staff at Lettings By Apex, are friendly and very helpful. I wasn't overwhelmed with jargon, nor given a hard sell. They explained to me what I needed to do to rent my house out and I was given a great deal. Most certainly the most professional and cost effective agent I have encountered in years. The highlight was the £200 for new landlords!!!

GoogleLettings by Apex, helped me evict a nightmare tenant. When I approached them, they guided me through the eviction process clearly and consciously. After the eviction they helped me recover the money owed to me by the tenant. They later went on and found me a nice married couple for my house, who are both working and paying my rent on time.

GoogleHave found the company on google search. Was a bit unsure about the offers. But to my happy amazement they were all true, £200 for new landlords, no set up fee and six months rent guarantee insurance. I would advise anyone to give them a try and see for yourselves.

GoogleAbsolutely pathetic service. ‘Ricky’ who works there thinks he owns the place and is ridiculously rude and horrible, he speaks in such a patronising tone is very unprofessional, dare you ask any questions otherwise he will get offended and talk down to you. I would heavily recommend avoiding this disgusting place.
