GoogleHaving dealt with a larger estate agents on the High Street I have to say Lettings By Apex and staff there are a breath of fresh air.
They found me a new tenant within a week. Omar conducted the viewings and helped me filter through a lot of the perspective tenants until we found the perfect family for my home.
The property i am renting through lettings by apex was original my home and I had a few requirements to ensure the property is well looked after. Omar and Idris ensured the tenants understood all my requirements.
I like to be very hands on with my properties and the team has kept me up to date throughout every stage of the process. There was a small electric issue which Idris informed me about having already got me a ball park figure of costs, after sending my engineer and getting over quoted. I authorised Idris to get the work done which was complete a couple of days after the issue being reported.
I have also realised how much Ive been over paying at my other agents, quoting me far more for similar jobs. I have also agreed a lower management fee when all my properties are under Lettings By Apex management.

So I contacted Lettings By Apex, spoke to Shazad and he explained the current fees and special offers available. He then went on speak to my previous agent and get all the relevant documents and spoke to tenant as well. He handled everything and I am really happy with the service I received.
