GoogleA difficult sale due to the property being leasehold and therefore the involvement of the freeholder and management company solicitor also. Two solicitors can make things difficult enough three are a real challenge. Suzanne Wood did not let this deter her in ensuring the sale was completed and showed real determination in bridging the gaps between the three of them. A very satisfactory service.

GoogleIf i could give no stars i would... Absolute disgrace of an estate agent! Viewer Dinesh i think he said his name was, literally let himself into our house without even knocking (with no mask in the middle of a pandemic)!! Didn't tell us about viewing times, when the viewings were booked in and how many etc... Not only that, he literally stood in the middle of our house with both doors wide open and argued with us after asking him to knock first before entering, after he started to raise his voice, i asked him to leave, to WHICH HETHEN REFUSED TO DO SO!!!? Never in my life have a dealt with such a rude and inconsiderate person! Literally had to threaten him with calling the police before he then decided to leave the premises. Unprofessional, no communication, no etiquette, completely clueless and down right rude! Viewings will no longer continue here and the vendor is going to struggle to sell because of it. Avoid Haarts.

GoogleDespite a tricky purchase due to the actions (or lack thereof) of solicitors on all sides, Suzanne continued to chase and apply pressure throughout the process, without which the purchase would have inevitably been delayed even further. Suzanne also made an effort to keep me in the loop at all times which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend.
