We invited Chris Galley round to our property for a valuation and general selling advice. He made himself available at very short notice to attend an 8pm evening appointment where he provided a very thorough and transparent service. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions showing his considerable skill, judgement and experience of the current market and historical trends. He took his time in surveying our "not so straight forward" cottage, justifying his valuation and giving us sound selling advice, allowing us to feel confident in the process. Chris is very professional and courteous in all his communications and dealing with him at Haart, West Bridgeford has been a pleasure.

We had Chris Galley from Haarts to value a family property we had for sale. From the initial valuation through the whole process of photographs and advice it was a truly a 5* service. Chris is a true professional and knows the market inside out. This was demonstrated by the fact he placed the property for sale on a Friday, had interest on the Saturday morning, arranged the viewing on his Saturday afternoon off and took an offer on the Sunday morning. I cannot recommend Chris and his teams at Haarts enough.

I would like to give my heart felt thanks to all the team at this wonderful establishment! They have helped my mother in law way beyond the call of duty when her purchaser pulled out of the sale at the tenth hour! A horrible situation for a lady in her advanced years and she would have suffered immensurably without the support and care the staff here have afforded her. Robert Spencer has been a true professional and gentlemen from start to finish and my mother in law feels haart West Bridgford is a sanctuary and a caring environment where she has been welcomed and supported through a very traumatic time. It is heartwarming to know that in these days of online ‘everything’ and depersonalisation that true service and care is taken especially in stressful times and for people who are particularly vulnerable. I live too far away to be of much help practically to her, so I really cannot thank Deborah, Caroline and Robert enough for the excellent support and service you have and continue to give. I am truly grateful and so pleased to know she is in safe hands.

We sold our property through Haarts the first weekend after putting it up on the market, after being with another agent for over 6 months. Whilst we agreed to also sell our property with that previous agent, once we had agreed a sale, there was over 4 months of numerous missed deadlines for various items (mainly from our previous buyer). We also felt there was a lack of interest about getting anything sorted or finding any new buyer with our previous agent and we felt we were the ones constant trying to push the process along/chase the buyer for items etc, so we re advertised with another agent (Haarts). Our experience here has been completely different. Suzanne was our contact for advertising our property. Suzanne helped us no end through the sale process and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. Whilst Haarts costs were £200-£300 more than our previous agent’s, I gladly pay it for the completely different service levels and support we have had. From advertising with Haarts to us actually moving house, has been approx 8 weeks and that is erring on the side of caution. I would highly recommend considering Haarts if you are thinking of buying or selling, or both.

When we decided to sell we invited Haarts and another local agent to value our property. Both agents valued it the same price and fees were matching. However Haarts are available to book viewings up to 10pm at night and as most people view Rightmove in the evenings, this was the deciding factor. We were so glad we did, Rob came and took the most amazing photos. Suzanne and Victoria quickly got us viewings. They always made us aware of the viewers situation. We ended up with two buyers offering the asking price. Suzanne was our negotiator and kept us informed throughout the selling process. DC Law, the solicitors recommended by Haart, were terrible, don't use them. The builders that we bought from said they wouldn't accept an offer if DC Law were the solicitors as they have had so many problems.
