GoogleVery disappointing and certainly will not use this agency to sell any of my properties.
Tried to make an offer on a property, this company would not accept the offer unless I viewed it. I new the street and the property and have no time to visit however still refused to take an offer.
It really is a shame as it would appear that your client is keen to sell. You stated in your add reduced for quick sale.
Well done Haart estate agents you have just cost your client a sale.

GoogleA Five Star rating for the Haart team at West Bridgford for their service in the sale of my property.
The sale of my house and top price achieved by the team was down to Robert Spencerβs professional expertise and experience in local valuation. He was brilliantly complemented by Deborah Unwinβs PR ability to communicate my position to the buyer. She kept me updated on a regular basis with the various interested parties and although I was working away, was able to negotiate and complete the sale. Suzanne coordinated and did a great job on collating and putting the brochure together.
Also, not forgetting Joe@DC Law who managed the legal paperwork and achieved completion on a very tight timescale.
Thanks for a great team effort - highly recommended!

Not understanding any of home buying process, this was explained thoroughly, in detail and in a way we could understand. the staff were completely professional, understanding and helpful throughout. We received weekly if not every few days information regarding the sale. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the service I received and if in the future I was to sell my home, I'd use Haart f'sure!

The one I saw was advertised on a social media page after the use of location settings. This advertised building for sale did not have a lot of information and very few pictures and so wasn't so useful
