Kennedy, Jasmine and Lesley are incredibly attentive and professional and any issues are resolved quickly and without fuss. GoogleHighly competent service from start to finish by Jasmine (2k on a camera!) and Georgina (main point of contact for viewings). All my requests were actioned with a calm professional maturity which defies the team's youth. You only have to tell them once - and they get it: right first time! Special thanks and praise must go to Georgina for displaying the patience of a saint in dealing with me and all my stupid questions, and in such good grace. An absolute pleasure to have dealt with. And, like I eluded to above: Don't be fooled by the team's youth, these people know what they're doing. 5-stars and highly recommended.

GoogleJust had a really refreshing call from Grace who wanted to understand the issues we've had over the past few weeks. Really showed how important the customer service is to them and how it reflects on the branch. Not often that I've experienced this, so it's a real positive and has completely changed my perspective of how we are viewed as customers, and how our issues are managed. I would be more than happy to recommend people come to them in future, both as landlords and tenants.

If you looking for house for rent don't hesitate to contact them, because you wont find better letting agency. Just I want to say huge thank you for Jasmine in Belvoire team.

GoogleI think that Susan and Michael acted with fairness and respect at all times. Sometimes, in awkward situations, they tried and successfully looked after everybody's interests. They answered any queries I had promptly and when required arranged for necessary maintenance without quibble. During the time they were in control of the property I also felt secure that they were looking to do the best they could.

GoogleSince Susan and Michaels departure this branch has gone down hill considerably. Communication very poor, staff clueless. Certainly not customer driven and unable to deal with simple problems!! Would not recommend!
