I cannot recommend Belvoir West Bridgford highly enough. From start to finish, the service I received was exceptional. My journey with Belvoir actually began several years ago when I first met Jasmine. From day one, she built a genuine relationship with me and, incredibly, stayed in touch over the years until the time felt right for me to sell. That continuity and care meant a great deal and made the decision to sell through Belvoir an easy one. When Jasmine went on maternity leave, Alex stepped in seamlessly and did a fantastic job. Jasmine ensured my property was launched to the market just days before she went on leave and, within only three weeks, Alex had generated four strong offers. His professionalism, communication and market knowledge were outstanding. Once the sale was agreed, Sharon and Phillippa in sales progression were absolutely relentless in the best possible way. They worked tirelessly right up to the finish line, chasing solicitors, buyers and agents and keeping everyone focused on achieving completion before Christmas. Their dedication, persistence and constant communication genuinely made all the difference. They were as invested in the outcome as I was, and I am hugely grateful for their efforts. Selling a home can be stressful, but Belvoir made the entire process feel supported, proactive and personal. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell and would gladly use them again in the future. Thank you to the whole team for helping us move on to the next chapter just in time for Christmas.

My wife and I rented a property through Belvoir early in 2021 until very recently. At our first viewing Kennedy was extremely welcoming and very helpful and this continued with both her and Lesley during our time there. Any issues, both small and not so small were dealt with swiftly and in such a manner as to cause us minimal inconvenience. In all our dealings with Belvoir their professionalism and more importantly their friendliness shone through and I would not hesitate to use them again.

We haven’t dealt with the West Bridgford team as much as the previous derby team, a few problems with the derby team but I think that was due to the offices closing so it was difficult for the team to help most of the time! But the Nottingham team has been fab, fast communications, updated regularly, always polite on the phone and in person! I’m sure if we ever move again or buy and it’s a Belvoir property we will have the same service! What Fantastic Service & Support........Having had disappointing experiences in terms of customer service with the numerous estate agents in West Bridgford, we settled on Belvoir to sell our home. We're so glad we did !!! Belvoir (Jasmine) explained the entire step by step process and then did exactly what she said she'd do. I am really proud of Belvoir WB services. Whenever, there is an issue with my property they are quick to get this resolved and so helpful. Leslie has been a star and I appreciate all that she has done for my family and I. I've lived at the property for 9 years and when she noticed that a refurb was needed she was quick to assist and ensured that new carpets were fitted although I didn't request for this to be changed. I now feel so happy in my home as it looks like we're in a new house but in that same perfect location.
