Thank you for leaving us a review. Customer service is very important to us and we are naturally disappointed to see you are not satisfied with our services. We have looked into your experience further and understand you raised concerns regarding a change of sharer charge when a new tenant was introduced to the property mid-tenancy. We appreciate this may have seemed unexpected but the charge is outlined to tenants in their 'application to rent' signed at the start of the process and ahead of the tenancy commencing. Whilst we understand your are disappointed, we do not agree this charge is a reflection of the service our team delivered to you, however should you wish to provide further information for review, please do not hesitate to contact us.
