GoogleAnyone looking out for property on rent at Wembely / Sudbury it is much easier with the dedicated services and guidance of Himanshu (Raj) of Ellis & Co. Had it not been Raj probably it would have taken some more time for me to finalise the property on rent. He is prompt, responsive, transparent, generous in dealing his duty very diligently and professionally. My praise to entire team of Ellis & Co. who has got gentlemanly Raj......

GoogleI wish I can give zero stars. They won’t give back the holding deposit but for law they must have . They lied that they agree with my partner to give him back almost the full holding deposit but they never call him . Just lyres and no professional at all.

GoogleWe have been with Ellis & Co for more than 5 years . They are managing a few of our flats. Agents at Ellis & Co are professional and helpful, Sandip Patel being one of them. Whenever there were issues, Sandip moved to resolve them quickly and efficiently. This has enabled us to focus on our own career while being landlords. Cannot be happier with Sandip and the company.

GoogleUnfortunately a bad experience. They sent details of a property, were inflexible on timing. After getting me to change plans they sent me to the wrong property then proceed to explain how it is my fault on a follow up call.
Agent replied
Ravi, I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us. Occasionally we do drop the baton. Please note our timings are often dictated by our tenants/vendors so not always possible for us to be flexible. If we can assist in anyway please feel free to contact us again. Best Regards. Deepak
