GoogleThanks Minal and Catalin. They helped us move in to a property and help with setting up all the bills too. Very friendly staff at Ellis & Co!

GoogleRanjiv at Ellis & Co has been extremely helpful in securing the property I dearly wanted. He's been successful in negotiating my requirements with the Landlord and convincing them to provide the furniture I requested. Given the current outset of the renting market, this has been by far my most pleasant experience with a property agent.

GoogleLike most people I have had some pretty negative experiences with estate agents, but I am very happy to say that Ellis & Co are nothing like the stereotype. Fantastic service, very reasonable fees, always like to go above and beyond for their customers. Just this week I needed a washing machine and Darius sorted it all for me just like that! Even fitted the delivery around my schedule. Very grateful for the excellent service.

GoogleI had and still haven’t had any other experience of a letting company, other than Ellis & Co, so have nothing to compare them to. So all I can say is that I cant think of anything which I can imagine anyone doing any better, so can only rate them as a benchmark others should aspire towards. never had a problem. excellent and friendly. Oh and they have to talk and put up with me, which must be difficult for them.

GoogleMy experience with Ellis & Co has been very positive and happy one. Few months back I approached them to let out our flat in Wembley. They managed it so nicely and in a very professional way. It is not only I got the higher rent than the last time let out through some other estate agent the terms and conditions were also better. It took only few weeks to sign and seal the whole transaction. The office staff, especially the managers Ravi and Dipak and lovely secretary Shikha have been so helpful and cordial all the time. I strongly recommend to anybody who is interested in properties and estates. Very best wishes to all at Ellis.

GoogleWe have been working with Ellis And Co Wembley for over a month now. My wife and I provide them with Rental Property Maintenance. I am extremely impressed with the way the staff are able to maintain a fair service to all concerned, from landlords to tenants, to contractors like myself. I liaise closely with the Lettings Department, who I find are very efficient to everyones needs. I would recommend seeking Tenants and Landlords to visit the staff at Ellis And Co Wembley, as you certainly will not be disappointed with their professional service.

GoogleI am a landlord wit 2 properties on full management with Ellis & Co. Wembley Central. I find these Agents thoroughly reliable, professional and very friendly and have no hesitation in recommending them to any one. Raj & Ravi have always helped me in any problem and have also given sound advice on property investments. Shikha has always gone out of her way to ensure 100 per cent satisfaction. Having used other agents in the past, I must admit that Ellis are really outstanding. Regards, Kanti & Nita Gohil
