GoogleBelvoir Welwyn are professional, trustworthy and reliable. We live in the USA and they have been absolutely brilliant! We have had problems which could have become difficult as we are out of the country but Belvoir Welwyn have dealt with everything for us so efficiently. GoogleNo customer care or experience it seems. Wanted to reserve a letting and were denied by ignorance and lack of communication. Part of me thinks they saw my situation and ignored me till something better came along. Had to go into the branch to find out information on why they couldn't email me the reservation forms. Still no real explanation.
