Hi Charley. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. I would be interested to hear your reasons for only rating us 2 stars. Our customer service is something we are very proud of and if we have fallen below excellent in this area, I would like to know how so we can try and ensure this doesn’t happen again. Please feel free to message me further details if you are able - Ben (Director) - ben.grant@gibbinsrichards.co.uk
