GoogleI Used Paul to sell two properties for me, without Paul both sales may not of completed, Paul was constantly resolving solicitors failures. I would strongly advise if you are thinking of putting your property on the market use Paul.

GoogleVery strange comany: I wanted to rent a room, but they didn't want to help me. So I gave a low grade. But when they help me I changed my marks. But they didn't do the same and began to blame me. I don't advice this firm.

GoogleI was out looking for an appartment for more than 2 months. With agencies ghosting me, refusing to book a viewing or taking a really long time to reply. As soon as I booked the viewing with Bill Wych I checked the appartment. It was great! We proceeded with simple and quick steps. GoogleAwful estate agency. We viewed a property with them and decided to put our deposit down the next morning. They took our money for admin fees, and then proceeded to tell us that the property wasn't yet ours, and that we were actually in a selection process, allowing the landlord to choose between us and another potential occupant. They encouraged us to give our notice for our current property, despite not knowing whether or not we would be able to move into this new property at all, which is completely unacceptable. We handed our documentation in the next day, but were left waiting for the other potential occupant to complete theirs. It's now been over a week and we still haven't heard anything from Bill Wych & Co or had any update regarding the status of our application, so we have decided to pull out of the property. It has now been over 24 hours since we decided to pull out of the property entirely, and we still haven't heard from Bill Wych & Co, and our calls have not been put through to the agent involved. Taking money from people that are under the impression that the situation is different to the one you are presenting in reality is entirely unacceptable conduct from an estate agency, and we will absolutely not be using Bill Wych & Co again.

GoogleI have used Jamie for quite a few years now as he manages a few of our properties. I can honestly say his professionalism and knowledge in both sales and lettings is second to none. He and his team has found us great tenants and managed them effortlessly. We used Bill Wych to sell a few houses over the years and again sales were so easy for us, we sat back and let them do there work. Couldn't rate these guys enough.

GoogleWe stumbled across a property that caught our eye whilst deciding whether to renovate or move and lucky for us, Paul at Bill Wych was our agent. Paul promptly and professionally got in touch with us, and a viewing was arranged immediately. We were taken seriously and no questions were asked as to whether we could afford the property or whether we were definitely going to move. Getting to the first viewing, which can sometimes feel like jumping through hoops, was a swift and pleasant experience and we were glad we took the leap. Paul managed both our sale and purchase right the way through to completion, and was on top of all members of the chain and the solicitors right until the last moment. Friendly and personable service throughout. We would not hesitate to ask Paul to work with us again in the future.

Showed up and there was no one there so we tried calling them turn out she left without telling us because we were 2 minutes late. Unprofessional and rude. GoogleMy partner and I have just moved out of a property which we rented with Bill Wych & Co. Whilst living in the property there were a few (very small) things that needed repairing and these issues were always dealt with very quickly. The staff were always friendly and helpful. If we were ever to rent another property in the area we would use this agency again!
