Tried to contact woodhead and co numerous times regarding overdue invoices. Their first excuse was they ‘lost’ the invoices so we resent them. Once resent they still took well over a week to pay them (they still aren't all paid)! Lianne started to ignore my calls even after leaving a voicemail and when i rang the office i was greeted by a rude woman who told me she knew nothing about the work we had done for their company! She didn’t seem keen to help resolve the problem at all! We still have an invoice overdue and we are still being ignored! We even contacted the accountant who told us she can’t pay until Lianne had authorised payment, not sure what took her so long but it’s unprofessional! You had 30 days stated on your invoice and you took well over double that to actually make a payment. Originally we were happy to do work for them, we have made that mistake once and will not make the same mistake again. If you're looking to not get paid this company is perfect for you.

Absolutely appalling! Went to the same house to view twice and no one turned up. We had to call them, they said they were on their way then hung up and we called again to find they were no longer renting the property. The lack of communication was awful and we were very disappointed as the property looked lovely.
