If i could give this company more than 5 stars i truly would. If being treated as a person rather than just number matters they are the business for you. they really care. Nothing was to much for both Lianne and Ellie they always kept their cool, they always had a smile on their face , they worked hard day in and day to get our house sale through. if your looking for an agent for either selling or letting your house but who cares, who puts your needs first. where nothing is too much trouble - i urge you to call Woodhead & Co

We decided to transfer our rental properties to Woodhead & Co as, in our 20 years experience, they offered the best service we have experienced. They are diligent and have an excellent understanding of the property market. We were extremely pleased that having had to to go through the court with a very difficult tenant (not one of theirs') they worked very hard to find us a new, suitable tenant within a very short time frame. We have also placed our own home for sale on the market with them and again we appreciate the personal touch they bring to the business.

I went with my parents to view a property with a lady called Ellie. My parents don't know english at all and I was thinking that it will be so hard to find someone who will understand them. But Ellie tried her best, she was very patient with them, polite, nice and always smiling. She helped us a lot, it was quite difficult, but she did everything to get my parents settled befor Christmas. Thank you very much, Ellie!

I've used their tenant find service and their charges are very reasonable. The service they provide justifies the cost. I was quickly presented with a few potential tenants and managed to secure a few of them. I can see the potential for the agency and the direction they are heading. Hopefully, they don't get overwhelmed by the customers walking through their doors because of good reviews. However, so far so good. I would happily recommend them to others.

I feel sorry for anyone who lists a property for rent as they don't show when you have a booked viewing and when chased have lied to state an accident has happened when they are still in the office. Looked at a commercial property nearly 6 months ago. Was lied to and fobbed off constantly by the director Lianne, ignored my emails and predictably on leave when ringing the letting agents. Blamed the landlord for lack of response as they live in india, infact lives in Birmingham. Its taken Lianne 6 months to sort out a epc that still hasn't materialised. Very poor service, such a shame, I feel extremely upset and completely let down. This woman will literally show you a property and that is it.
