If you're looking to rent a property from here then be careful!!
I rented a property for a few years and in the end we were basically forced to leave due to the house deteriorating. The final straw came when we notified them that my son's bedroom wall was getting wet. We looked and we could see that water from the guttering was splashing out on to the bedroom wall. We took a photo as soon as we noticed & a recording of it happening. Somebody was called out to clear the guttering but the problem carried on & the wall was getting worse. We kept contacting them and they kept saying they were waiting on the landlord. In the end my son who works away during the week stopped coming home at the weekends as the room smelt & with him being asthmatic it wasn't good for his chest. The landlord then informed the agents that he intended to raise the rent by £200 when the tenancy renewed. We never renewed.
I spent virtually every other month in the years I lived there taking time off work for people (3 in total)to come & quote for replacing window units (as a lot of the units had failed)
Gas people who advised that I either needed a power flush or new radiators in some rooms due to the radiators being blocked and not heating rooms. In the winter we would be there wrapped in blankets and this wasn't through choice it was because it was the only way to stay warm!!
Constant house inspections from various people who saw the many issues but never chased them up.
The landlord would apparently say to the agents that they had not got in contact with him & they would always say that they were waiting on him to get back. A complete joke!!
When we left the bedroom wall still hadn't been rectified and they had advertised the property. I was annoyed that they did this as they know the property has a lot of issues (some that I haven't even mentioned) and are still willing to put people in it!! None of them would live in it.
I've added photos of the wall so people can see that this is a genuine honest post.

GoogleWould give below 1 star if I could. Absolutely the worst not just unprofessional but also rude, disrespectful and cheats vulnerable people. Raised issues to their director Lianne Woodhead who is even worse and a liar and manipulates what is said.
Constant lies, fake invoices made to claim extra money. Blamed the tenant for rent not paid when the tenant had paid. Absolute frauds with no respect or work ethic and when points raised just cuts the phone and then shirks their responsibilities. Would highly advise to avoid and take business elsewhere. Not just unprofessional but horrible people.
Added following response from them. I tried to complain via their procedures and was met with Lianne who would cut the phone, manipulate facts and not send the information. Its hard to take the complaint further when that is the boss and no point emailing as tried that for months to no avail. Their response is a standard response. Had to terminate business with them and lost money that they owed. Charged for work that wasnt done with no invoices provided. Flat was in an appalling state and did not manage the property at all just stole money. In the end had to cut our losses as never got the invoices nor retrieved money from them. They always stated the tenant was the issue but in fact the problem is with the estate agent. I guess you can't accept good service or for a company to be fair if their leader themselves is not providing a good fair service. It is appalling in this day and age that people like this continue to exploit the goodness of others.
