GoogleAll the team at Richard James have been so helpful and just absolutely fantastic. My particular agent has been amazing, she was kind, understanding and great with communication during a confusing time in my tenancy, always checking in as well as providing me with any additional information I requested. Have been with them over a year now and can happily say they work hard go the extra mile, would happily refer them to friends and family. Thanks again for all your hard work.

GoogleTerrible terrible agency please avoid them . The stress they have caused us these days is unbelievable. The land lord want to pay for his property issues from our money . Fed up with This agency, we keep chasing our deposit , no response and no clear communication; false and irrelevant checkout report , they do not deserve any star

Throughout your tenancy, we acted promptly to address all reported issues in a timely and professional manner, in line with our obligations. On occasions where matters involved leaks from external sources, these can understandably be more complex and outside of our direct control, however we continued to liaise and take appropriate steps to progress matters as efficiently as possible. We understand that a resolution has now been reached between you and the landlord, and we are pleased that this has brought matters to a close. GoogleRichard James are professional realistic clear and concise a special mention to all the ladies in the office because they all communicated everything was clear and stress kept to a minimum second house they have sold for us one a relative who had passed away a few years agoand we moved on the 19th of December I would not use any one else.

GoogleA fantastic independent estate agents. The girls that showed us many properties for sale were always obliging, kind and helpful. They would have showed our property with the same helpful attitude as it sold within a few days, set at a realistic price point and full asking price obtained. They really know what they are doing and I totally recommend them, and would use again if needed.

Michelle, who assisted us when we left the property, and Cheryl, our property manager, were both very helpful and responsive throughout. GoogleNot transparent with information. A simple query like - the vendor has done modifications, have they got any approvals or planning permission in place is not answered. The buyer just gets told that "Your Solicitors will need to find it out". So basically they are expecting the buyer to pay money to solicitors and find this out almost two months in the sale. Ridiculous!!
