GoogleTo say I am happy I chose Oscar James Wellingborough as my Estate Agent would be an understatement! From the moment Dan stepped through my door it all was about our house! I can't explain in words how that made me feel as i was extremely overwhelmed with the thought of selling having lived in the property for 16 years. Dan paid attention to the smallest of details noticing everything even the style of new carpet laid on the stairs. An hour after I had called them to advise that we would like to instruct them, I had a call from Paige who had a viewing already lined up! We hadn't even signed up or had photographs done yet! That"s my definition of FIRST CLASS Customer Service. The next day our house was sold for full asking price BEFORE even going on the market. Since then communication with Charlie has been top notch. All in all I simply can't recommend Oscar James enough. Thank you 😊

GoogleThe team at Oscar James have been second to none, from the first meeting with Stephen, the Branch Manager, he was just the right amount of enthusiasm and gave us time to view the property, without feeling too rushed. We fell in love with the property we viewed, which then meant we needed to get our two houses sold to secure a deal, the pressure was on!! We decided to keep everything in house, selling our two properties, using their preferable conveyancer and also their mortgage consultant, we felt this to be the best solution to have hopefully a streamlined chain and to give peace of mind to the vendors of the property we have fallen in love with. Their photographer was so lovely, she was quick, gave advice as to removing items and fabulous with her approach. The rest of the team whom we have dealt with, Ryan and Craig, have been great too in communication. Ryan even contacted me on his day off to arrange a second viewing and the next day (being a day the branch is closed) contacting me to secure a sale....you cannot say they do not go above and beyond for their clients. They are not too pushy, they are knowledgeable, they give their advice, when requested, and have a great sense of humour, which is lovely, as it makes a stressful / emotional rollercoaster seem just that bit easier!! I cannot fault them and hopefully the rest of this journey goes smoothly for everyone involved. Thank you

Knowing to keep communication open and easy, decided to sell through Oscar James and have not regretted it one bit. GoogleWe have bought and sold many properties in our time. The service we have received from estate agents has usually rated somewhere between poor and very poor. Oscar James have been a breath of fresh air. From the moment we met Craig at our property, right through to completion with Ryan, the staff have been friendly, communicative and professional. It is no surprise that their reviews are so positive and we would have no hesitation in recommending Oscar James to anyone buying or selling a property.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
