From our first dealing with Oscar James we were really impressed with every aspect of our experience. They offered advice, were very communicative, offered feedback and really went the extra mile to keep us informed and included. They weren’t pushy, let us do things at our own pace and it really left us with a fantastic opinion of them as an estate agent. A special thanks to Dan for being our go to guy, really friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. A really positive experience.

I’m in the process of buying my new home and just wanted to share how fantastic Callum has been throughout. From the very first viewing, he’s been professional, approachable, and always happy to answer my questions (no matter how small!). He’s kept me updated every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful process feel much more straightforward and reassuring. It’s clear that Callum genuinely cares about his clients and goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly.

My husband and I received excellent service from the Wellingborough branch of Oscar James. Stephen came for the first visit and took time to pleasantly and fully explain the valuation, the process and the costs. We were very happy to proceed with confidence following his visit. Stephen, Rebecca and Calum all worked very efficiently to contact clients on their database and to advertise our home. We were very happy with the photos, video and brochure which were online and sent out to clients. Rebecca and Calum were very pleasant and courteous, in showing viewers around our home. They communicated well with us in arranging visits and in contacting us after visits. Rebecca was very thorough and efficient in negotiations to reach an agreed offer for the purchase of our house, liaising with us and our buyer throughout the negotiations and subsequently answering any queries, and assisting in reaching a completion date. We were impressed that whenever we rang the office Stephen, Rebecca and Calum were available and dealt immediately with our queries. An excellent and personal service - we would not hesitate to recommend them.

I bought my first home through Oscar James and the service was great. I booked a viewing with Ryan he showed me around the home and I fell in love. The process was smooth. Steve was very informative and kind. If I had any enquires Ryan was only an email away and responses were prompt. It took 4 months since I viewed the property and now I am inside my new home writing this review. Very pleased with the service.

I am currently in the process of buying a house through Oscar James and cannot fault the service provided. A viewing was booked in very promptly and Stephen showed me around with zero pressure but very helpful with the questions I had. Stephen has been absolutely key in trying to get the process completed as quickly as possible and has helped to chase solicitors on both sides frequently to support. Having used other estate agents in the past, I would definitely say Oscar James go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you Stephen!

Ryan and the Oscar James team in Wellingborough made our dream come true. Ryan came to us suggesting it was worth giving the market a try, just before Christmas, and we thought why not? Within days our house was on the market, and within 48 hours we had two offers at or close to the asking price! Our sale went through with no issues, in 3.5 months, and we are now in our dream forever home, thanks to Ryan and the team. We highly recommend the Oscar James team in Wellingborough for their professionalism, advice, and sheer ability to sell houses at the right price. Thanks guys.

The agents at Oscar James were amazing! My house was on the market for over 12 weeks with another agent and had no offers. I initially spoke to Stephen, the branch manager who agreed to take be our estate agent, in less then a week our house was sold stc. I could not believe it! I wish I had went with them from the beginning, they are very good, extremely quick and kept me in the loop the whole time! Thank you for the extraordinary job you've done!

We worked with Ryan Hurl at Oscar James to sell our home in Stanwick. We found Ryan proactive in communicating with us both on viewings and during the negotiation process. As we moved towards moving day Ryan kept in touch with our buyers and ourselves to smooth the process as much as it could be. Overall we would recommend Oscar James and thank Ryan for his personal commitment.

Given the current climate, selling a House was never going to be an easy process, particularly as we did not live in the area. However after several valuations and giving careful thought after each one, we decided to go with Oscar James and I have to say it was the best decision we could have made. From the initial valuation from Anele, it was clear that honesty regarding expectations and offering a thoughtful and supportive approach for the sale ahead was a key focus for Oscar James and this certainly proved to be the case. Craig from the Wellingborough Office then picked up the viewings for us and handled each one with obvious expertise, providing clear feedback and appropriate advice following each visit. At the point we secured a sale, which given the current climate was relatively quickly, Craig worked tirelessly between ourselves and the Buyer, ensuring the process was smooth and trouble free. Craigs communication and drive to answer every query we had was absolutely first class throughout and having moved many times over the years this is not always the case - whereas the whole process provided by Craig and Anele was absolutely faultless, nothing at all was to much bother. I would throughly recommend Oscar James to anyone looking for a straight talking, realistic and supportive approach to selling or buying in the local area - Many thanks team.

Oscar James were incredible from start to finish. They were friendly approachable and honest from the beginning. We experienced the loss of a family member halfway through our sale and they not only handled all the added complications with the upmost professionalism, but the care they took in treating us as people and not just clients was incredible. They really were the most supportive and down to earth team and we are very glad we chose to sell with them.
