Landlords be aware. Promise the world but deliver tenants not fit for your property's. If your property is in a nice area don't use these clowns. Numerous complaints within a week and ongoing for months yet no action. So surrounding residents not happy with tenants from day 1.A so called agent ( Mr M Scott) promises to act but nothing 0% action taken. Looking at property will need doing up again within a year**reply to Michael Scott Nearly a year you've been " speaking " to them, clearly works well.And no I certainly wouldn't be a client of yourselves as the 38 houses I look after we use estate agents who make sure we don't get tenants like this.And communication is key something you certainly don't master by ignoring people

Dear Mr HagleyI am aware that you are not a client of Peter Clarke but live close to a property managed by Peter Clarke. I have received complaints from you previously and on each occasion have spoken with the tenants and received assurances. As you know, the tenants have offered to have a conversation with whoever the complaints are, in an effort to resolve the situation but this is something you do not wish to do.As agents for the property our power to intervene are extremely limited but I will speak to the tenants again and explain your comments. The Peter Clarke experience was efficient resulting in a sale. Viewings were generally accompanied with plenty of advance warning. We particularly liked the individual portal which allowed us to see future and past viewings with feedback at any point. The sales team members were thorough and professional throughout.

I used Peter Clarke Estate Agent to sell a house, and they provided an excellent service. A buyer was soon found but the sale took over a year to complete, due to an issue with the house land, that my solicitor didn’t seem able to resolve. Matthew at Peter Clarke went above and beyond my expectations by chasing my solicitor multiple times, with my knowledge, to try and make progress and complete the sale. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter Clarke Estate Agent.

Absolutely disgusted with their basic lack of morals! As a cash buyer who wanted to view a property I was informed there was no availability to show myself and my partner around a vacant property and would need to wait one week!Guess what… despite being told I could not view the property any sooner, the property was viewed by someone else and an offer on the property accepted! Interestingly the so called manager of this shambolic estate agents was ‘unavailable’ to talk to me or call me back.Vendor beware is all I can say as they certainly do not act on the best interests of the vendor and I’m so glad I have a scrupulous estate agent.

I recently sold my house with Peter Clarke, Leamington. To say it wasn’t the easiest sale would be an understatement. A new build eco house, set on 43 acres of land both pasture and woodland. Viewings were thoroughly carried out through rain or shine, the staff were informative following viewings and continually updated me throughout the sale. Renée, Matt, Giles, Jane and Mandy were fantastic. I would happily recommend Peter Clarke. Thank you.

We rented a property through Peter Clarke and Co. The Stratford on Avon office have little regards for us as tenants..they are very pro landlord and only interested in taking your money and large deposits which are unlikely to come back for frivolous reasons.The property we rented has water leaking from the cielings..is damp throughout and we have had a vermin problem for almost 2 years..these are extreme health hazards but we dare complain for risk of being thrown out!! Peter Clarke had a duty of care not to put us in this situation but they are only concerned with money !!!!I would avoid this company and their arrogant staff at all costs.

Dear Mr CardyPeter Clarke take our duty of care to all of our clients very seriously and if informed of issues at properties will act immediately. The amount of deposit taken at the commencement of all tenancies through this agency is in line with government legislation. Your deposit is protected by a government licenced scheme, as required, preventing funds being withheld for ‘frivolous reasons’. Once your tenancy ends and possession is surrendered, the property will be inspected by an independent inventory clerk and any issues will be dealt with in line with recommended guidelines.

I received excellent service from Sally and Kim at the Shipston-on-Stour Branch of Peter Clarke Estate Agents. This was not a straight forward sale as I was executor of a will and responsible for the sale. Visits to the property were well managed and feedback instantly given. The purchaser’s demands were diplomatically handled with the conveyancing solicitors and there was a good rapport through the long process. The result was a successful sale.
