GooglePeter Clarke in Wellesbourne handled the sale of my father’s bungalow, and it was a pleasure to deal with Harry and Mark, who were both extremely efficient and helpful. Responses to my calls and emails were prompt, and I was kept fully informed throughout with the progress of the sale. They worked hard liaising with buyers, solicitors and the other agents in the chain to achieve the planned completion date, despite challenges along the way! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Micheal hawkins and his team have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Very professional very proactive and supportive during every step of the process. I purchased a house in stratford and then used their services again to sell a house and during both services they were just amazing. I was approached by a small local firm who offered a lower cost but I am delighted that I chose to pay more and get such a great service. It’s also worthwhile to note the lower costs agents were way off on the valuations too. You might save a few £ but you will lose much more. Don’t hesitate go straight to Peter Clarke you won’t regret it.

A very professional service from the beginning to the end. Renee, Matthew and Giles communicated well with us as the seller throughout a slightly fraught period until the exchange of contracts. I was selling my mum's house. It sold within a week and completed within 4. The staff understood the difficulties in emptying the property so quickly. They kept ontop of chain and made sure all went through in this case very fast. I had a weekly update although had more contact to ensure all went smoothly. Friendly professional and local knowledge.
