The team at Connells Wellesbourne are amazing. We found our dream house but felt it was pointless making an offer as ours wasn't even on the market. Claire, the branch manager of Connells randomly saw a post I'd made on a Facebook group and offered to help. It couldn't hurt, so I made an appointment with Claire, but explained it was our dream house or nothing - 'Then lets concentrate on getting you that house!' she said, and she did! Within 48 hours of me appointing Connells our house was sold and we'd had an offer accepted on our dream house. And it didn't stop there. Claire, Jade and the team looked after us every step of the way with advice and expert local knowledge and even delivered post to us after we moved when it failed to redirect. Worth every penny of commission and highly recommended!

They were proactive getting viewings for the property initially using an open day. Accompanied viewings enabled it to be conducted on a professional level without us getting personally involved at this stage with the potential purchaser . Our property was sold within a matter of weeks, for the amount we wanted. Tim, Ellen & Harry and the rest of the Connells gang are masters of their work. From the very moment of interest in purchasing our first home they’ve been nothing but advancing with helpful information and what to do. Harry heard me out and answered all my crazy questions, booked us in with Ellen, the greatest mortgage advisor in the country, who held us every step of the way and Tim who took us round and showed us our home and continued to answer questions where we needed for the next few months. Connells have been so amazing with helpful us two first time buyers figure out what to do, what it means, what’s next and honestly… what the hell is going on & when do we usually stop screaming in panic? Our experience with the Connells massive isn’t something that I’m gonna forget in a long time. I have nothing but positive feedback about Connells Estate Agents in Wellesbourne. We are first-time homebuyers, and we are eternally grateful to Connells for their outstanding professionalism as they were able to guide us through the process. We worked with Tim and another super nice lady who showed us around different properties. They always answered our questions knowledgably and followed up quickly if necessary. The staff is so friendly and really helped to take some of the stress out of the home buying process.
