We’ve just moved in after selling our first home and buying our next project. We used Connells for the entire process, and although a lengthy process, I would 100% recommend and use them again. Harry and Tim were so helpful. They updated us every step of the way and were so down to earth when it came to our questions, and needing everything spelling out to us. The lengthy process was not on their end, but their determination to push everything through really put us at ease! We also used Ellen for our mortgage who is available within the branch. She completely understood our needs and wishes and made it happen. Her advice and experience is invaluable, and we will be sure to keep her contact details to hand to recommend to anyone that we can! AVOID CONNELLS AT ALL COSTS I am receiving passive aggressive emails from Connells 5 years after they made my house purchase 10x harder than it needed to be despite being told my information had been removed from their databases in line with GDPR regulations- clearly they cannot even manage that. As a first time buyer I was given a terrible deal as I unfortunately did not know any better- if you are a first time buyer, or really any buyer, AVOID CONNELLS. EDIT 17/3/26 - you’ve replied telling me to get in touch to make it look to people like you’re doing something about this but you have now not replied to my email. Again, Connells cannot manage the most basic of tasks - do not involve them in your purchase/sale/rental of your house.

Fantastic service from the entire team at Connells Wellesbourne. Tim, Harry, Ellen and the team go above and beyond to help with anything you need from first enquiry to the final completion. Always quick to answer also. We chose these guys because we could sense they are well connected and always in the know of local landscape which is very helpful when you are selling. Also the finance and mortgage advice being in house is something that was very valuable to be able to pop into the office. Ellen is great. With the stress of selling a home and all the paperwork, this really was an asset. The team work hard to get you a sale with regular updates. We put our house on the market with the team at Connells in Wellesbourne in summer 2024. We dealt with Tim, Harry and the extended team at Connells. They were always honest about value expectations and transparent to deal with. We soon had plenty of viewings arranged.
