It’s been a long process, but absolutely no fault of theirs. Chloe has stayed helpful, responsive, and on it the whole way through. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I always felt kept in the loop.
After using other agents, the difference was night and day. Belvoir managed to get buyers lined up really quickly, and handled everything in a calm, professional way.

GoogleBelvoir have been a huge help to me over the years. Rented with them now for over 12 years and as a long standing tenant in 3 different properties with Belvoir, I have nothing but good words to say about them as a team, 2 people stand out in particular; Robert Beech and Alex Round.
They have helped me so much over the years, when landlords have withdrawn or I've needed a new place, they've done all they can to provide me with somewhere new to rent as quickly as possible.
They go out of their way to help all they can. Alex replies to my emails as quickly as possible, always tries his best to resolve any issues and pushes for the repairs and follows up with a call to ensure that the work needed has been carried out. A friendly, polite, professional and genuine guy.

GoogleI have just had a phone call from Robert to inform me that this should be a branch reveiw rather than a belvoir reveiw. Branch was OK, other than telling us we couldn't move in until a certain date (due to electric work being done) and when I rang to chase it up I was informed the landlord wanted people in sooner rather than later (I hadn't been told the electricity had been sorted) also I was told I had to give one month's notice to end the tenency, when in fact it worked out to 2 months, so we had to find another months rent.
I still wouldn't use belvoir to rent a property again. Customer service wasn't the best overall, and lots of fees to start and end the tenancy.
