Home & castle helped to sell my late mothers property. From start to finish the level of detail and correspondence has been outstanding. Tracey and her team have gone above and beyond at every stage. The photos taken and the listing details were excellent. The property was gathering a lot of interest instantly despite the market downturn. Tracey found us a great buyer achieving a great sale price close to the asking. I would highly recommend Home & Castle, Tracey puts her heart and sole into her business and it notably filters down to her team.

Having just sold our home through Home and Castle all I can say is Just WOW! Tracey and her team are just amazing. The dedication, the professionalism, the kindness, we have experienced is top class compared to other agents who barely conversed with us about the property we had purchased. There's just so much more to them than your average selling and letting agent. We have been renting with home and castle for over a year and we couldn’t be happier. The staff are very professional to us I can only imagine how helpful they are for landlords. If we were property owners we would definitely go with home and castle. They are based in polegate and from day one when we enquired about the property right up to todays inspection of the flat, we have had absolutely no problems whatsoever. Only good things to say! 😊 it has been the easiest estate agents to deal with. They go above and beyond to help us tenants. They respond very quickly to enquiries and emails, despite being busy at times. Beccy is wonderful. Emily is wonderful and Tracy is wonderful. We hope that if we do rent elsewhere in the future (Probably not because we love our home) but we would be happy to deal with Home & Castle again as tenants. They are responsive. Professional. Home & Castle are world's apart from any estate agent I've ever dealt with. I honestly can't recommend them enough. Our property was on the market last year (with a different agent) and the contrast is striking! I thought it was usual having to chase the agent for days to get feedback, and leave message after message for a call back. But with Home & Castle I can see that was not normal, certainly not by their standards anyway. Lucy and the team are world's apart from the stereotypical estate agent vibe. After reaching out to Lucy to get our house on the market, it was listed (with the most stunning professional photography!) and write-up, and was SSTC within two weeks. Lucy's care and attention to detail is second to none and nothing ever seems too much trouble. She keeps us upto date without prompts and is always at the end of a message when I've got yet another question. We're beyond impressed with the service we've received and hope Home & Castle sweep up every award possible, now and for years to come.

We contacted Home and Castle re the purchase of our property and viewed several homes with Lucie. We found our forever home and everything was good to go. However, a huge life event meant the purchase wasn't going to be as straight forward as we thought. Lucie showed us exceptional kindness, professionalism and assistance with every question etc. She absolutely went above and beyond her role. The team as a whole were incredibly polite, professional and always willing to help. Emily would often answer the phone when I called and was always polite and efficient. I thought this was a really good agency till today. Me and my family are planning on relocating to Sussex to be near family and give my kids a better life as we live in London. we found this lovely house got accepted tho great let's get everything moving getting references done so my partner put in his notice at work as his a support work has been for over 8 years and hours are not flexible 14 hours days plus sleep in so he got job thats more flexible so can look for work in the new area. Explained all this even said we would pay a few months in advance then get rejected coz my partner not having a stable job how that make sense.
