My partner and I recently viewed a rental property in Hampden Park, Eastbourne. Stephen was showing us the property and he is the BEST. I met with him a few days prior and he took all my details and immediately found us a property that fit our requirements. He answered all our questions, was very thorough, and let us have as much time as we needed inside the property. Freeman Forman Lettings in Eastbourne were happy to take the 10% management fees for 20 years when we let our property out through them, but when our tenant decided not to pay the rent anymore they were suddenly very unhelpful, they knew this was crippling us as the interest on the mortgage had shot up and with no rent coming in we were struggling.

The most helpful estage agents!

Freeman Forman in Uckfield helped me move into my new apartment. Thank you to Anna, Jack & Janice for showing me moving house doesnt have to be stressful! I went from an aweful experience from one of their competitors to dealing with the a stress free team that always kept to their word. From the beginning of collecting my keys to the handing of them over they helped with every situation, always got back in a timely manner, and are the kindest people to deal with for moving house. The landlord was the sweetest lady, leaving me cleaning products and extra bits ready for my tenancy. They were also very understanding when I advised I would have to end my contract due to the cost of living crisis. I will definately be returning for help with hopping on the mortgage ladder. Highly recommend these guys.

What ever you do - do not got to Rebecca the mortgage advisor!! We went to her last year to renew our mortgage. She kept pushing for us to pay £600 for this scheme where we don’t pay any fees for future mortgages. We paid. A week later she’s telling us she can’t get us a mortgage! She would ignore all our calls and emails. So we decided to go independently and got our mortgage straight away! We continued to contact her for our £600 back as we received NO SERVICE from her to which she kept ignoring us! My partner has been going backwards and forwards with someone her office for around a year now ,who also agreed this was wrong, has now told us they’re not giving us our money back! Might I add we are two grieving parents that had not long lost our child at that time and she knew and met them the last time we’d met her. Praying on the vulnerable and conning them out of their hard earned money! Absolutely disgusting you should be ashamed!

Me and my husband desperately needed a new property before our baby arrived. With rentals being so high in demand we didn’t think it was even possible to get a place but still tried. It is our first rental property and we hadn’t got any credit or anything being 18. But the estate agents treated us fairly like everyone else and managed to get us a brand new property. Other agents didn’t even give our enquiries a second glance but Freeman foreman knew better. I would recommend this agents 100%. Efficient, fast, reliable and with the tenants best interest at heart. Would highly recommend freeman Forman as estate agents. We have just purchased our first house that was marketed with them and they have been absolutely amazing from the get go! Tobi initially showed us round the property and did a stellar job of answering all our questions when we knew we’d want to make an offer. Natasha absolutely smashed it at getting the seller to agree on a price with us, and continued to go above and beyond throughout the whole process checking in and relaying vital info. Similarly Fiona also did a grand job at keeping us informed, chasing solicitors and communicating between us and the seller.
