We viewed a home recently and was shown round by Diane. She was friendly and helpful. We decided to make an offer which Diane dealt with very quickly. She got answers to all our questions about the home and we were happy to know very quickly also, that our offer was accepted. Diane sorted identity checks etc and did everything efficiently. We were very impressed with her attention to us. However because of a contract issue, another estate agent claimed the sale and unfortunately we have had to go with it, but we would just like to say how impressed we were with Abbotts and if we had a choice we would have stayed with them.

This was our first experience of buying a home and we were fortunate to be in the very capable hands of Lynn Mumford. Lynn really went above and beyond the call of duty to push our purchase to completion. There were many challenges thrown up throughout the process and Lynn was always available with gentle reassurance and a proactive approach to forge through the difficulties. Aside from doing a fantastic job, Lynn is warm and approachable - it’s incredibly important to have a friendly voice on the end of the phone and Lynn was always a pleasure to deal with.
