Paige and Danielle. Let down by Nwes start up loan company i suddenly find myself four thousand pound short of securing my tenancy. The two women dealt fairly and communicated with the landlord about my sudden change of circumstances. They brokered solutions that both landlord and tenant found reasonable. Tenancy is still agreed and only two days to resolve these unexpected issues. I'm impressed these two women treat customers like individuals not tick boxes. They have excellent communication skills and genuine interest in each individual customer. These are rare qualities in Estate Agencies...Most Estate agents don't want to even show you a property without proof you have the cash... Cut throat mercenary world we live in where care is just a word with little meaning. Paige is a beautiful polite and caring young woman who is both professional and fair. Paige is able to get results for all involved. Danielle the manager is understanding professional yet looking to broker deals that leave everyone feeling happy. What a team!

Having just purchased our property through Abbotts in Watton, we would highly recommend them. We dealt mostly with Lynn and she was brilliant at chasing for updates when it appeared solicitors were being slow. Lynn was away when we exchanged and completed but the rest of the team knew where we were up to and continued seamlessly (and I think we spoke to them all at some point). The whole team are brilliant at calling back when they say they will, even if its just to let you know that they are waiting for updates.

Knock, knock. Who's There? ...No-one!

I can't truly rate the service because I've had none! I've tried for over a week to get some information on a property listed in their Stowemarket branch. I've left messages, I've emailed, I've used the chatbox, the contact form and made 4 phone calls, which no one answered or responds to the recorded messages I've left. I phoned a bigger branch who told me they would contact the branch and get them to call me....nothing. Not a peep. I started this a week ago, because I'm in Suffolk at the weekend and wanted to arrange a viewing. I've had to give up and make other plans. There is clearly something wrong with their communications dept. If they have one!?!

Abbotts of Watton were the agents associated with a property my wife and I have just purchased. I have to say they were very helpful, demonstrating a very dynamic method of working to help process the purchase. In fact they were more pro active than any one else in the chain. Regular updates were provided as the purchased progressed despite problems that were occurring lower in the chain. I can’t thank them enough and would recommend Abbotts to anyone intending to enter into the housing market.

The staff at Abbotts, Watton were always friendly, helpful and positive throughout, what turned out to be, quite a protracted sales period. There were occasions when communication seemed to dry up for a while but in the main any requests were responded to promptly with someone always at the end of the telephone. The Mildenhall branch I had rented my property thru for years lost or mislaid a contract for a period that I had to pay the Council Tax of some £400 for when it should have been the tenant they were paid the management fee for the period in question but even after calls to them over the months they have not paid me back it is appalling DO NOT USE THEM I was even told by a member of staff I am too busy to help!!!!

Money loss and poor professionalism

My experience with Abbotts Rental Agency was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Not only did they fail to return our advance rent payment in a timely manner after vacating the home, but they also didn't support us in claiming it back from the landlady, resulting in a loss of our money. Additionally, they neglected to back up the deposit properly and unjustly deducted exorbitant amounts, citing unnecessary expenses such as £710 for cleaning and double payment for tap replacement. This lack of transparency and fair treatment is unacceptable, highlighting Abbotts Rental Agency's disregard for their customers' rights and financial well-being.Im including their communicationsI seriously won’t entertain these kinds of behaviours from an agency like Abbotts.I have left the property at February 28th and till now they are claiming the landlady haven’t responded to them.It’s so frustrating to experience such kind of poor professionalism from themI have lost almost £1800 pounds and in debts
