In my humble opinion, Rightmove is the number 1 site for buying and selling properties. They always have the biggest selection to view online. Usually with plenty of photos and information. The site is very easy to use. I always look at Rightmove before any other property site.

We rent, website was great for moving to a new city for work, but it can be clunky at times and found it easier to look at properties and then transfer to the actual letting agent site as there was to many layers between looking and actually getting to organise a viewing when using the site directly. Megan from tenant services was amazing, didn't push products on us, gave a clear explanation of the services available, and was a joy to speak to.

GoogleI rented a 2 bed room flat through Taylors.I am very happy that ai got a home which i really wanted to be like.The staffs in wd 17 high street Taylors brach were very good.I must say about Mr.Mohammed Njie who works in this branch.He was very helpful,very patient to answer all my quaries.I was able to rent the flat smoothly with the help of him.I have to mention about Mr.Jonathan,he is very friendly,polite and approachable.Thanks to Taylors team for finding me a good flat.I am waiting for sooner to buy a home through taylors in near future.Thank you Taylors once again.

Dreadful on every front, from communication to DATA PROTECTION.I will be contacting the FCA/ICO (I even offered two additional chances for compliant behaviour to commence - by turning a blind eye - when you broke the agreement that was made). Very local recruitment in South Shields, obviously. I’d rather speak to someone in India. Fact.UPDATE - this is not about an estate agent, it is about your team who work with realty managers. Lovely ‘PR damage control’ suggestion. Too bad you’ve now received [my] confirmation on the contrary. Good luck.

TrustpilotTired of the bugs and the poor functionality
Just about had it with Rightmove. Previous issues meant my account wouldn't work so I had to create a new one. Twice. Then there were the continuing bugs and poor functionality, such as not being able to edit existing searches and not being able to save houses and bungalows in the same search. This is basic stuff. These issues have been going on for years and any developer worth a wage could fix them in literally a couple of hours.Other problems include the fact properties are repeatedly advertised in the wrong categories and RM won't address it, despite them being well aware. Nobody searching for a terraced, semi or detached house wants to buy a lodge!!! So why are lodges always shown in these categories?Now, my Search and Alert page refuses to load at all, giving the repeated message "Just a secondWe are making some updates, we'll be with you as soon as we can." So I can't use the site at all. (And no, nothing to do with cookies or browsers).It's a shame because the layout and the format is fine, but nobody addresses these constant bugs and failings which means it's not really usable.

TrustpilotRefusal to correct inaccurate data
Rightmove have merged the sold price details of the ground and first floor flat into one property. We own the first floor flat and I've written to Rightmove twice to ask them to correct this but they say they get the information from the deeds registry. I have made sure the deeds registry info is correct but Rightmove have still not corrected this. This is adversely impacting our ability to sell the property and I can't believe there isn't a manual way to correct this. It also makes me doubt how I can trust their information overall.
