Earlier today I visited this agency with my girlfriend to look for a property to rent. The letting agent had incredibly poor customer service. We felt incredibly unwelcome as he constantly avoided eye-contact and looked like he is holding back on laughing in our faces. He was so condescending and sure that we wouldn't be able to afford anything that he didn't even give us his card. When I asked him to email me some choices he said I should contact them later and gave me his colleague's card. Sadly the agency had several properties that we can afford, but we won't be coming back.NegativeProfessionalism

my experience of moving was a nightmare but not due to Taylors. I found Lauren to be amazing and at times my saviour when it got really tough. Right till the end she supported me and chased continually in order to allow me to complete on my purchase. I also found ray and jack to be very helpful and supportive. I have been using Watford Taylors for a number of years now for lettings and sales. The experience has been phenomenal. Rachel Harris in lettings gets the best rents and hassle free tenants and gives great support and advice, always there to help. Steve has been awesome on the sales side, again great advice and support. Highly recommend Watford Taylors to anyone. Don't think about using them, just do it....!

Very very bad experience as landlord. Please beware of the lettings manager Rachel Harris.Always had delayed payments to us continuing since 9 months.the account department also refuse to investigate the issue of what's happening since continously last 9 months. Very rude and unprofessional service from the lettings manager and very unhelpful and repeating the same issues since 9 months Worst thing she provided with wrong customer care complaint contact information details. So Taylors has totally fake service. Worst agents ever seen.

Very disappointing experience. I booked a viewing for a property with Taylors and the agent didn't show up. I called their office twice (left two voicemails) and waited outside the property in the cold for half an hour. No one from Taylors got back to me on the day of the viewing, a Saturday, despite their offices being open. A few days later one of the other agents at Taylors emailed to ask how I thought the viewing had gone! I explained what had happened and asked why no-one turned up. Unsurprisingly, I didn't get a reply. Awful service.

One of the worst lettings agencies! The branch in watford is extremely unreliable. I wanted to take a property after viewing it and wes told that we have all chances to get it. They have demanded additional Administrator charges in order to put our offer through to the Landlord. At the end of the day they said the property is gone even though I was the first to view the property and make an offer with the asking price to the landlord. Very dissapointed !

Contacted this agency to rent a flat in Watford Central. They appeared to be professional but as soon as they realised I was looking for a flat to move in asap, they hiked up their agency fees & started demanding additional Admin charges apart from the Tenancy Agreement charges. I could see they were trying to take me for a ride, so got rid of them & have used another agency to find a place now. Thank heavens, I haven't used this agency as I haven't heard positive feedback about them. Sanaz

I found dealing with the agent as a buyer to not be a very pleasant experience. Having looked round a property and asked for a second viewing, he said they'd already had offers and therefore wouldn't consider it, and effectively hung up on me. Absolutely no interest in keeping me on the books in case similar properties came up. Dreadful experience and wouldn't recommend.
