Hi Verity, We are very surprised to see your rating this morning, especially as my colleagues all believed they had a great rapport with you. We can only imagine it is something to do with the independent inventory clerk and the points raised as tenant responsibility when you vacated the property. We can see there were small issues raised, but our job is to amicably resolve these points between tenant and landlord. We can assure you there is no financial gain for us or the landlord and we attempt to address any works as cost effective as possible.
