GoogleEdi and Ann are amazing agents . They have been helpful and empathetic while addressing all our concerns . I would have given 5 star rating but replacement of Ann (Jenifer) has forced to change my mind . She is super rude , highly unorganised , doesn't bother to read through her emails and most importantly non empathetic. I would request owners of Belvoir to put her on an extensive training that enables her to carry the Legacy set by Ann

GoogleFor what is normally a stressful process, Nicky Hassett from Watford branch made the whole process extremely smooth. Due to time commitments she was very accommodating from the start with viewings. The whole process once we placed our offer went well and fast. She had given us headsup on what would be required for checks hence as soon as it was requested we were able to submit. On the day we moved, Nicky got to the property early and made sure everything was in place. She is very quick at responding to any queries we have had. My family and I were searching for a new property investment, Jamie Mciver worked extremely hard continuously including negotiating for us on behalf of the Belvoir sales division to ensure that a successful house purchase was achieved for us. Jamie and William Venter have been particularly efficient, effective, and helpful, liaising with the previous Vendor/Landlord and the seller’s solicitor considering what became our unfortunate situation with tenants in situ. When our new house became vacant, Jamie and Alison worked hard to improve the condition of our property negotiating with Belvoir recommended contractors and advertise the property and with the team of Lettings division staff, Nicky Hassett and Joe Ruddy who found brilliant tenants. Joe carried out background checks and Nicky kept me posted throughout the process, offering the amazing Belvoir service for all Landlords. GoogleQuite possibly the worst estate agent experience we have ever had. The move in wasn't without issues, then when we moved out the process was extremely painful on all accounts. I'm now having issues still 2 months later as they didn't forward my mail which is causing further unnecessary stress! This isn't the entire staff but I just feel they have no sense of caring, they just want you in their property and then they like to forget about you when you're gone

Customer service is paramount at Belvoir Watford as you can see from the many 5 star reviews that we have. In terms of your mail, may I draw your attention to the following paragraph that was in the move out guide we sent you. “We strongly recommend that you have your post redirected by the Royal Mail as the property may be empty for a time and not visited. Incoming tenants are not obliged to forward mail on to you or bring it to us.” Regarding the overall experience that you had with us when you needed to stay on longer in the property as your new house wasn’t ready yet, I feel that Belvoir along with the landlord did our best to help out. GoogleJamie McIver at Belvoir will change your mind about what makes a good estate agent. He is sincere, hard working and honest and he helped us sell a property at what must be a very difficult time for estate agency in general with the market being so anxious about Brexit. He acted many times as an arbitrator when the lawyers were playing silly games, he helped cut through the nonsense. If you are selling within Watford/Bushey area consider this agent.

I write to thank you for your professionalism, diligence and kindness in handling the rental, and subsequent sale of my property. You helped guide me through the process of letting my property with Belvoir!, following a very difficult and disruptive time I had with a previous agent and tenants. You also helped with the sale of the property via another agent and with sitting tenants. My experience working with you, and the tenants you found, is at great variance with my previous experience. You were very reassuring and gave expert valuable and timely advice throughout. You were also very informative and I knew throughout what actions were with me and what others were doing at every stage. Your guidance is valued greatly. After a very long 7 months of searching for the right house for us(very specific location, budget and expectations) and having so many agencies involved in our search, we came across Belvoir, and to be more specific Jamie! GoogleAfter having listed our property with another agent and getting 0 viewings we decided to appoint belvoir as our agent. Within a couple of weeks we had an offer which was accepted. All was going ahead with the sale and purchase and then our vendor pulled out of the sale (Nov 2017). Mark kept our buyer on side. Eventually we found another property and have just completed.
