Dan and Olly were extremely helpful during the process of our recent house sale. Dan sent numerous emails every day towards the end of the transaction. Constantly pushing the process forward, due to the buyers solicitors being extremely slow and inefficient. What should have been an easy no chain transaction took 6 months, it would have been longer without Beales expertise. Thanks guys.

I was then planning on managing the tenancy myself, but after speaking with Kelly and Ben on the rentals side, they convinced me that their Silver service was worth every penny with the guaranteed rent!
